VYON was shaped by two founders, two cultural origins, and a shared life in the Nordics.
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Narmeen Marji
Born in Jordan and shaped by years of living and creating in Finland, Narmeen brings together Middle Eastern richness and Nordic restraint.
An architect, urban designer, researcher, technologist, musician, and visual artist, she has spent her career creating experiences across physical, digital, and sensory space. At VYON, perfume became another medium for that same instinct.
She approaches fragrance as a form of composition: building through structure, proportion, contrast, rhythm, material, atmosphere, and emotion. Her olfactory language draws naturally from the depth of the Middle East, with woods, resins, incense, oud, spices, and sensual musks balanced by the clarity and restraint of contemporary Nordic design.
As VYON’s Creative Director, Narmeen leads the creation of its fragrances, translating people, memories, places, emotions, and ideas into formulas that can be worn.
For her, perfume is not simply something beautiful to smell.
It is identity made tangible.

Erson Halili
Born in Albania and based in Finland, Erson brings a European and Mediterranean perspective to VYON, shaped further by the clarity and intentionality of Nordic design.
His background spans psychology, human-centered design, spatial and experience design, emerging technologies, and service innovation. These disciplines are united by an interest in how people perceive, feel, behave, and form relationships with the world around them.
At VYON, Erson brings that perspective to the experience surrounding each fragrance: how a scent is perceived, what it evokes, how it becomes associated with memory, and how it ultimately connects with the person wearing it.
His Mediterranean sensibility introduces warmth, luminosity, and openness, while his psychological and experience-design background keeps the wearer at the centre of the process.
Where Narmeen approaches perfume through composition, material, and creative expression, Erson approaches it through perception, emotion, and experience.
Together, their Jordanian, Albanian, Mediterranean, European, and Nordic influences converge into the philosophy at the heart of VYON:
